Ingredients

Salmon fillets, or salmon patties

Butter, vegetable oil, or coconut oil
1 Tablespoon
Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup
Yogurt (or sour cream)
1/2 Cup
Mustard
1 Teaspoon
Freshly chopped dill
2 Tablespoons
Green onion

Salt
1/4 Teaspoon
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon
Lemon's juice

Steps

  1. In a medium frying pan, heat oil (or butter) and pan-fry the fish until it is cooked thoroughly, seasoning only with salt and pepper. (Probably around 5 minutes a side on medium heat). Make sure the fish is cooked all the way through.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, dill, green onion, salt, black pepper, and most of the lemon juice (reserve about a teaspoon of lemon juice). Mix well and set aside.
  3. After the fish is done cooking, sprinkle rest of lemon juice on each side and cover with the cream sauce. Serve in a bowl with rice and assorted vegetables, or eat on its own!
