Ingredients

AP flour
2 1/4 Cups
Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Baking soda
1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons
Salt
1 Teaspoon
Eggs

2 Cups
Pumpkin
2 Cups

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and pumpkin.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour into greased pans. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Test with a toothpick for doneness.
